What Every Teacher Should Know... About How To Control The Classroom and
Communicate Effectively

Here's How To Have a More Responsive Classroom Instantly!

NLP Classroom Book We all know the pain and frustration of a loud and
obnoxious child and the distractions they can cause to the other
students in the classroom. They seem to get distracted easily
themselves, they don't do what you ask them to and they are constantly
talking or they just don't get it!
* Is it because they are bad children?
* Is it because you are bad teacher?
* Is it because they are stupid?
* Is it because they just don't want to do the work?

No! And allow me to tell you why, but before I do may I tell you a
quick story?

At the age of 5 my youngest child was diagnosed with Autism and was
told that he didn't fit in, in the classroom and that he needed special
help, because it was too hard to get him to do his work.

I thought to myself "I am not going to let someone label my youngest
child different, put him in a box or write him off because they weren't
communicating as effectively as they could be".

So I began to seek help from doctors and psychologists, I spent so much
time and money trying to get answers and a solution. I was determined
not to give up on my little boy.

About the same time, I was attending a personal development course
after being introduced by a friend to a new technique of communication
and understanding, so I started applying what I was studying with my
son and instantly I began to see an improvement in his results, not
only in his school work but also with his social interactions and
behaviors.

I continue to work with him and he is now a very happy child and is
more engaged in everything he does, not to mention how his grades went
up in his classroom.

To this day I am very glad that I persisted with helping my son even
though others were ready to write him off and put him in the too hard
basket, if only we knew about the techniques of engagement earlier.

The best part of my story in eliminating my son's challenges is:

My son said to me "Mum, You are the best teacher in the world!". How
rewarding and fulfilling it was to hear such a sincere and truthful
compliment from my own son.

At this point I realized that I should share my NLP Strategies with
other parents and teachers around the globe to enable them to unlock
their children or students full potential at home, at school and in any
social interactions.

I continue to be a parent helper in my son's and daughter's schools and
their classmates feel so connected and receptive to my assistance (
using NLP techniques) by communicating positively and encouraging them
to see their own full potential as a " successful" individual. They are
always asking when I am coming into their classroom again to be a
parent helper.

Case Study:

May 2010- a student in my daughter's classroom was uninterested to
write his weekly memoir in a class writing session.

I used the matching and mirroring technique to to assess his level of
emotional state and interests. Then, I used some re framing questions
to rewire his brain and behavior towards his writing tasks. I asked him
what makes him tick and excel with flying colors.

He replied that he love playing tennis and would rather spend his time
playing his best tennis game now. I simply replied to him that he can
write his memoir about his most recent tennis game with his buddies and
share this story with his classmates by completing his weekly memoir
exercise. He was ecstatic and completed his written memoir in several
minutes instead of day dreaming.

Now...

The Top 7 Things Most Teachers are Missing in the Classroom
1. Inadequate rapport with individual students
2. Inadequate or no rapport with a classroom/group of students
3. Lack of understanding of finding a balance between right and left
brain days
4. Lack of proper strategies in dealing with a disruptive student in a
group setting
5. Lack of strategy and behavior management
6. Lack of the use of the power of imagination
7. Inability to make a mind map of the students

So What Can You Do Differently?

You may have heard the term Neuro Linguistic Programing or NLP before,
but if you haven't ..

In short NLP is an effective way of understanding and communicating at
a much higher level with people than most realise is even possible.

If you have ever seen someone speak from stage that captivated the
audience and everything just flowed and you felt compelled to and
connected there is a good chance they may have been using NLP tools or
techniques.

Some people who use NLP to communicate are:
* Bill Clinton
* Anthony Robbins
* Tony Blair
* Barack Obama

As a teacher, you have the opportunity to use NLP tools to help your
students during their prime developmental years, a time during which
you can also teach the techniques to them, so that they will be better
prepared and empowered as adults.

You can help your students to make significant positive changes to
their behavior patterns and engage them in what you are teaching easier
than any other method known.

Some of the Benefits of Using NLP in the Classroom Include:
* Easily develop positive rapport with individual students
* Easily develop positive rapport with a classroom/group of students
* Improve their grades and understandings efficiently
* They will have more confidence and self-esteem
* Improve their interactions with others
* Learn to change their own behaviors to achieve positive results
* Improve their level of focus and concentration

How much is it worth to you to be able to connect with all your
students and be able to control the classroom easily?

Would you be more satisfied each night when you go home that you made
the biggest difference in these children's lives that you possibly
could?

How fulfilling would it be to have your students to behave and work
positively in both their academic and social environment?

It is Simply PRICELESS!

After thousands of hours of research and study I have put together a
powerful book and audio series specifically for teachers that goes
through 10 effective strategies to engage, connect and understand your
students at a much higher level.
